1.people have used the word data to mean computer information that is transmitted or stored. Strictly speaking, data is the plural of datum, a single piece of information.
2.data field is a place where you can store data. Commonly used to refer to a column in a database or a field in a data entry form or web form. The field may contain data to be entered as well as data to be displayed.

Raw data, also known as primary data, is data collected from a source. In the context of examinations, the raw data might be described as a raw score.
* Experimental data in science and engineering is data produced by a measurement, test method, experimental design or quasi-experimental design. In clinical research any data produced are the result of a clinical trial.
3. Primary data can be collected in a number of ways. However, the most common techniques are self-administered surveys, interviews, field observation, and experiments. Primary data collection is quite expensive and time consuming compared to secondary data collection.
4.Secondary data refers to data that is collected by someone other than the user. Common sources of secondary data for social science include censuses, information collected by government departments, organizational records and data that was originally collected for other research purposes.

1) Data : Data is basically collection of facts and information needed to make an analysis.
2) Experiment Data : This is the tupt of data which is collected based on your experimental need. It is then measured
Field Data : Data collected on field, i.e, from many organisations, institutions, businesses etc.
Raw data : The data which is yet to be processed or unprocessed data. This can also be called as source data or primary data.
3) Techniques for primary data collection :
*Observations
*Questionnaires
*Interviews
*Focus group discussions
4) Sources of secondary data :
The sources of secondary data are,
*Research institutes
*Data collected by scholars
*Government publications
*International publications
*Commercial services
*News papers and magazines
*Libraries
*Internet
1) Data is a characteristics Or information in the numerical form on a qualitative Or quantitative variables collected about person or objects.
2) Raw Data: is the collection of number Or characteristics.
Field Data: data collecting from the field ie collecting from uncontrolled workplace.
Experimental Data: data can be experimental nature ie used for scientific investigation hense the data is unprocessed information we have collected.
3) Techniques of primary data
* Survey
* Observation
4) Sources of secondary data
* Journal
* Maxizines
* Websites
* Internal records of company
1.What is data?
- Data is information that has been translated into a form that is efficient for movement or processing. Relative to today's computers and transmission media, data is information converted into binary digital form. It is acceptable for data to be used as a singular subject or a plural subject.
2.Define raw data, field data, and experiment data.
- a) Raw data ("unprocessed data") is a collection of numbers or characters before it has been "cleaned" and corrected by researchers. Raw data needs to be corrected to remove outliers or obvious instrument or data entry errors.
- b) Field data is raw data that is collected in an uncontrolled "in situ" environment.
- c) Experimental data is data that is generated within the context of a scientific investigation by observation and recording.
3.Discuss technique of primary data collection?
Primary Data Of all the kinds of information, what we can get from first-hand experience is primary data. Primary data is always collected from our research instead of books or any other written material, which come from second-hand sources. To get primary information, we can pick three data collection methods.
Questionnaire
Observation
Experiment
4.Describe sources of secondary data.
Common sources of secondary data for social science include censuses, information collected by government departments, organizational records and data that was originally collected for other research purposes.

1.Data are characteristics or information, usually numerical, that are collected through observation. In a more technical sense, data is a set of values of qualitative or quantitative variables about one or more persons or objects.
2 Row data:Raw data refers to any data object that hasn’t undergone thorough processing. Raw data, also known as primary data, is data collected from a source.
Field data:It is place where you can store data commonly used to refer to a column in a database a field in a data entry form or web form.
Experimental data: Experimental data in science and engineering is data produced by a measurement, test method, experimental design or quasi-experimental design. In clinical research any data produced are the result of a clinical trial. Experimental data may be qualitative or quantitative, each being appropriate for different investigations.
3. Techniques of primary data collection:
A primary data source is an original data source, that is, one in which the data are collected firsthand by the researcher for a specific research purpose or project. Primary data can be collected in a number of ways. However, the most common techniques are
> self-administered surveys
> interviews
> field observation
> experiments
Primary data collection is quite expensive and time consuming compared to secondary data collection. Notwithstanding, primary data collection may be the only suitable method for some types of research.
4. Sources of secondary data:
Secondary data is data collected by someone other than the user. Common sources of secondary data for social science include censuses, surveys, organizational records and data collected through qualitative methodologies or qualitative research.
some of the sources are:
books
Letters
Radio stations
Public sector records
journals
websites
government records etc.

1) Data is nothing but the information in numerical form on qualitative or quantitative variables collected about persons or objects. In simple words data is unprocessed information collected from different sources.
2)Raw data - It is simply collection of numbers or characteristics. It is primary data which has to processed later.
Field data - It is type of data which is collected in field and in uncontrolled environment.
Experiment data - This type of data is experimental in nature and used for scientific experiment/investigation.
3) Techniques of primary data collection -
*Interviews
*Questionnaires
*Surveys etc
4) Sources of secondary data -
*Documents
*Journals
*Magazines
*Websites etc

1) Data - Data is a collection of characteristics or information ,which may be in quantitative or qualitative manner.
2)Raw data- first time collected data is a raw data, gathered from various sources which has to be processed further.
3) Field Data- Data collected, which is uncontrollable from a particular source it may be in hours, days or weeks.
4)Experiment Data- Data collected for a scientific purpose , gone through various experiments ,methods and using different techniques to come for a certain conclusion.
5)Primary Data- Data collected for the very first time by conducting surveys and observations.
6) Sources of Secondary Data-
Reports, census, magazines,documents, websites etc.
