Problems:
*they have only one restaurant in Chabndigarh.
*they are facing space issue in the mall.
*they are having manually order taking system. I think its time consuming.
*row materials placed a kilometer away. so bringing it to kitchen will be the issue.

solutions:
*brooklyn can adopt technology for taking orders. they can use smart phones or tabs
*they should expand the place of restaurant, as its having less storage place
*they can adopt drive through system (take away) for those who want only parcel.
* they should give discounts to new customers also.
* opening of one more franchise helps the customers who come from long distances.

* Less space.
* Wastage of food.
* Manual orders are being taken.

Solutions:
* As the restaurant is located in a mall, there is space issue. The front space can be utilised wisely.
* They should prepare food according to the customers need. Later, if required more, they can prepare more.
* Manual order taking, takes more time,and is a bit longer process compared to smart system. They need to make use of technology for taking orders.
* As there is a good demand, they can open a franchise within the city, far from mall, to avoid customers waiting and to help far away customers.

1.They should start taking orders through electronic gadgets to reduce wastage of time.
2.As there is space problem they can demand for more space from the mall authority.
3. As customer have started liking their food they can even shift to some other location.

1.They mast starting taking orders through online mode.
2.They can increase the space by demanding from the Mall authority.
3. Prepare food according to the order, so there will be no wastage of food.
4. They can open another branch of their restaurant, so that there will be no rush at one place.
